The conference is funded by the EEA and Norway Grants Justice and Home Affairs Programme in Lithuania, as a bilateral initiative between the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA) in Lithuania and the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and Public Security.
Organisers: The Central Project Management Agency - programme operator for the Justice and Home Affairs Programme in Lithuania, the Ministry of Justice and Public Security - donor programme partner and coordinator of the SYNERGY Network, the Gender Equality Division of the Council of Europe - international partner organisation and main advisor for the SYNERGY Network on the standards of Istanbul Convention, and the Financial Mechanism Office is in Brussels.
