SYNERGY conference in Brussels

The programme period 2014-2021 of the EEA and Norway Grant is coming to an end and a new cycle is about to begin. We would like to save the date for the Closing SYNERGY Conference “Working together for a Europe free from violence”.

It is time to share results and celebrate our common efforts and to seek further synergies and cooperation between EU and EEA EFTA countries.

The conference will include: 

• A high-level session with keynote speeches and panel discussion.
• A session on the achievements of the EEA and Norway Grant programmes in different countries. In this session we will share results and lessons learned, and discuss how we can integrate the learnings and new knowledge into future efforts.
• A session on our SYNERGY Network, bringing together governmental and non-governmental from both beneficiaries and donor countries S, as well as the Council of Europe, working for a Europe free from violence.

Organisers: The Central Project Management Agency - programme operator for the Justice and Home Affairs Programme in Lithuania, the Ministry of Justice and Public Security -  donor programme partner and coordinator of the SYNERGY Network, the Gender Equality Division of the Council of Europe - international partner organisation  and main advisor for the SYNERGY Network on the standards of Istanbul Convention, and the Financial Mechanism Office is in Brussels.
